Printing Terms


All artwork will be sent to the customer for approval before printing. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the artwork thoroughly for any mistakes such as incorrect spelling of names, dates, venue etc. All information will be taken directly from email correspondence, therefore any mistakes in text provided is the responsibility of the customer.

Printing Errors

In the event of prints being received with an error that was provided in the original text and was not pointed out before approval, no refund can be provided. However we will endeavour to amend the mistake and provide final artwork. For the artwork to be reprinted, the cost of this printing will be charged in full to the customer. In the event that the custoemr is not happy with the prints for an aesthetic or quality reason, we will review the quality of the print and if they are not to the standard that should be expected we will try to get them reprinted to a satisfactory standard.


Payment must be provided in fulll before any prints wil be sent to the customer.Payment is requested in full before any design work is undertaken or for large orders half of the full payment may be requested before any design work. The rest of the payment will be requested before the prints are delivered.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the bespoke and custom nature of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any item unless there is a fault or error with the design and/or print.

Ownership of Designs

All designs are copyrighted and remain the property of Charm Tree Studio and cannot be reproduced, altered or sold to any other party.
